A blend of Verdeña, Alquezrana & Negral

Extra virgin olive oil produced using the Verdeña, Negral and Alquezrana types, in addition to other varieties including Empeltre and Arbequina (these latter in smaller quantities).
This is a very well-balanced smooth-tasting oil, which goes perfectly with any dish whether raw or cooked.
