Extra virgin olive oil “Harvest 2024” 

A century-old olive tree found in the foothills of La Sierra de Guara. A weeping tree whose fruit ripen very early. Harvested at the end of October.
In turn, the oil has a strong personality, with notable aromas hinting at recently-cut grass and green fruits. Full-bodied, the bitter, spicy flavours persist in the mouth after tasting.
